Colorado community hospital is seeking a Family Medicine physician with Geriatric fellowship training or experience in an adult and geriatric practice to to join staff. This opportunity offers you a close-knit team of 5 cohesive Internists and Geriatricians in a beautiful facility across the street from the hospital. The incoming physician will enjoy great relationships across the practice from physicians to administration and nursing. This is a hospital employed practice opportunity with a 40% adult / 60% geriatric mix in a practice with a focus on quality healthcare and time with your patient! There is a 24/7 staffed hospitalist program, so the incoming physician can enjoy 100% outpatient practice and 4-day work week. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Family Medicine MD/DO with Geriatric fellowship training or experience.
