- Salary of $500,000+ DOE
- RVU production model on top of salary
- CREATE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE as long as it makes business sense
- Build your patient panel from scratch
- Call is only backup to ER physicians; no trauma and rarely called
- Extensive benefits
- 403b with 10% match
